サーフィンやスタンドアップパドル(SUP)を始めてみたい方、スキルアップを目指したい方に海でのマナーや、乗り方のコツなどを分かりやすく丁寧にレッスンします。
老若男女問わず、初心者の方、お子様、ご夫婦やカップルの方など大歓迎です！
2Fにエステサロンが併設されていますので、お連れ様もレッスン中にのんびりとプライベート空間で、エステやまつげパーマなどリラックスしてお待ちいただけます。
すべてレンタルできますので、手ぶらでご来店OKです！
主に鎌倉・由比ガ浜にてレッスンします。

Children must be able to swim.

Stand Up Paddleboard(SUP)
スタンドアップパドル
SUP LESSON
スタンドアップパドルは、マリンスポーツのひとつで、大きなサーフボードの上に立ち、パドルを使って漕ぐスタイル。
このスタンドアップで、ビッグウェーブに乗っている世界的プロサーファーも多くいます。
長距離を移動することも可能であり、波や風のないときにも海で楽しめるため、子どもから幅広い世代が楽しめる遊びとして注目されています。
まずは海上散歩を楽しんでみませんか？
パドルの使い方・正しい体の使い方・ボードの上でのバランスのとりかたなど分かりやすくお教えいたします。
インナーマッスルが鍛えられてダイエット効果もあります。
波がなくても海で遊べますので、気軽に楽しくできますよ。
ご夫婦やカップルや親子でのレッスンも人気です。
※泳ぎに自信がない方は、ライフジャケットのご用意もありますのでご安心ください！
